DIBBS also acts as a repository for the technical data that must be reviewed by a potential bidder in order to provide a valid response to an RFQ or RFP. The area of DIBBS called cFolders (collaboration folders) is the site where this data is posted during the time of a solicitation. This bidset preparation and distribution occurs automatically within DLA’s Enterprise Business System (EBS) for each solicitation that requires a tech data package.
